Our Team
Gründer und Geschäftsführer
verfügt über langjährige internationale Erfahrung in der Beratung, Entwicklung und im Betrieb von Projekten in Hospitality, Senior Living und Care.
Nach leitenden Tätigkeiten im internationalen Hotel- und Resortbereich – unter anderem für Club Med und Accor (Sofitel) – gründete er 2001 in Frankfurt am Main die ProLeisure Business Development GmbH. Seither verantwortet er die Entwicklung, Beratung und den Betrieb zahlreicher Hotel-, Resort- und Immobilienprojekte im In- und Ausland.
Sein Schwerpunkt liegt heute auf der strategischen Projektentwicklung, der operativen Begleitung sowie auf nachhaltigen und wirtschaftlich tragfähigen Konzepten im Bereich Senior Living, Care und Hospitality.

Senior Projektentwickler / Business Development
verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung, im Management und in der strategischen Vermarktung von Immobilienprojekten. Nach leitenden Positionen als Marketingleiter und stellvertretender Geschäftsführer in internationalen Unternehmensstrukturen war er über viele Jahre als Geschäftsführer verschiedener Projektentwicklungs- und Beratungsgesellschaften tätig.
Sein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Entwicklung von Wohn-, Gewerbe-, Hotel- sowie Pflege- und Seniorenimmobilien – von der Akquisition über die Baurechtsschaffung und Produktentwicklung bis hin zu Sales- und Marketingstrategien. Darüber hinaus verfügt er über umfassende Erfahrung in der Strukturierung von Immobilienportfolios, Sanierungsberatung (NPL) und dem Aufbau von Development-Abteilungen.
Seit 2024 ist Martin A. Georg als beratender Projektentwickler für die ProLeisure GmbH tätig und verantwortet die Akquisition sowie Strukturierung eigener Projektentwicklungen.
